Michael McGinn
Michael is the founder and Managing Partner of RSF Advisors, Inc. His real estate services career started in the mid-1980s at Grubb & Ellis Company’s San Francisco office as a Research Analyst, before moving into brokerage and becoming a commercial agent for office and investment properties. He worked at Iliff, Thorn & Company (Colliers International) and several other firms in San Francisco in management and focusing on tenant representation as a specialization. His varied business roles have helped develop him into an aggressive negotiator, an effective communicator and a successful process manager. Michael’s experience has included several hundred tenant and leasing representations in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Chris Heely
Chris is a co-founder and Partner of RSF Advisors Inc. She has a varied business background in real estate, project management, staff development, and client service. She was a tenant representation specialist at Commercial Partners focusing on office, retail and industrial leasing. Formerly she was a creative Senior Section Manager at McDonnell Douglas Federal Information and Health Systems Companies and a Producer at Maritz Communications Company. She brings creative insight and a results-driven approach to the leasing process.

Bo began his real estate career in 2008, quickly establishing a focus on retail leasing and sales. Known for providing personalized attention to each client’s unique needs and best interests, he has built a strong reputation for excellence. While Bo is highly experienced in all aspects of the deal process, he is especially recognized for his tenant representation work with local, regional, and national businesses. One of Bo’s notable achievements is his partnership with CorePower Yoga, where his efforts contributed to the successful opening of 25+ studios across the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. Collaborating closely with CorePower’s real estate team, Bo developed and executed strategic growth plans that drove the brand’s regional expansion.
In 2019, Bo gained firsthand experience as a business owner by opening Thr3 Jack, a 9,300 SF restaurant and bar featuring six world-class golf simulators. Navigating the leasing, permitting, construction, and operational phases himself, Bo acquired invaluable insight into the challenges and opportunities clients face. This unique perspective enhances his ability to guide clients through complex transactions with a comprehensive, multi-dimensional approach.
