Bo began his real estate career in 2008 and quickly focused on retail leasing and sales. He built a reputation based on personal attention to each client’s unique needs and best interests. Bo is highly knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of the deal process, but is known for his tenant representation leasing work with local, regional, and national businesses.
Bo’s national work with CorePower Yoga resulted in 25+ open studios in the San Francisco Bay Area and other states. Working with CorePower’s real estate team, Bo was able to create and implement successful regional strategic growth plans.
After representing clients for many years, it was finally time for Bo to sign on the dotted line. In 2019, he opened Thr3 Jack, a 9,300 SF restaurant and bar with six world-class golf simulators. Having gone through the leasing, permitting, construction, opening, and operating process as the owner, Bo now has an invaluable perspective and unique, multi-dimensional insight that he brings to each deal.
